We currently only accept credit cards as a form of payment for account fees. However, you may request a reimbursement from your chapter's secretary-treasurer after making the payment with your credit card.

Apart from the subscription fees, there are additional charges for communication & AI usage such as call minutes, phone numbers, text messages, emails, email verifications, premium workflow actions, content AI, workflow AI, and conversation AI. All communication & AI rates are in USD, while software account subscription rates are in CAD.

Call minutes cost $0.026/min to make and $0.017/min to receive, phone numbers are $2.30/mo, text messages are $0.015/segment (160 characters per segment), emails are $0.0014/email, email verifications are $0.002625/verification, premium workflow actions are $0.0105/premium action, content AI is $0.0945/1000 words and $0.063/image, workflow AI is $0.0315/workflow AI, and conversation AI is $0.0525/message.With $10 USD, you can expect to receive approximately 385 call minutes, or 665 text segments, or 7145 emails. Communication & AI rates are in USD. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time without any penalty or fees. To cancel your account, simply email [email protected] and request cancellation before your next payment is due. We do not lock our customers into any contracts.
